Why Item Upgrade Is A Lot More Risky Than You Think

Upgrades can increase the performance of a piece of gear and at times even add additional features. The value of these upgrades is determined by the gear's tiers, their requirements and how many random augmentations are applied.

Reroll Tokens

Three types of reroll tokens are available in three categories: upgrade rare and legendary. Each of these upgrades the item to a better quality. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

Blueprints are envelopes which appear at the beginning of each preparation phase. They can be opened with Interact by pressing on them. After the player has met the requirements, he is able to select the upgrade option and apply the Growth Stones. This will raise the item's level by a certain percentage. Depending on the rarity of the item and rarity, the upgrade process could take anywhere from seconds to minutes.

The upgrade process is also safe and doesn't impact the longevity of the item. This makes the system an ideal way for players to gain an advantage in combat without putting stress on their bank account. Clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer the experience and progress of an upgraded piece of gear onto an entirely new piece of equipment.

New players may find it difficult to obtain Growth Stones. There are a variety of methods to get them. You can sign contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, collect them from Equipment Stone Seal Book or collect them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Leveling

Leveling is a feature that allows you to increase the stats of armor and weapons. You can also upgrade trinkets as well as helms. Once the player has enough items, pressing the yellow arrow will start the upgrade process.

A piece of equipment can be upgraded a maximum of five times. Every time the item is upgraded, its stats will increase by a small percentage. The maximum level for an item is 19.

When an item upgrader mod is at its maximum capacity that it can no longer have the option of upgrading. Likewise, once an item is on the level of a specific upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades to that track will have discounts.

Upgrade components are a type of equipment that can be put into armor, weapons, trinkets, and gathering tools to give an additional bonus or effect while the equipment is in use. They can be purchased from vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be swapped by acquiring new ones. However, this will ruin the previous upgrade.

Requirements

Item upgrades give players the ability to boost certain attributes of weapons and armor that they currently own. The requirements to upgrade an item differ based on the item type, but typically you'll need Dilithium and a number of Upgrade Tokens (various options available).

Upgrades can be beneficial for certain items, but not because they increase stats. They are more valuable to players when they get an exact roll. For example, a perfect-rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and can be worth 20-50x more than the non-upp'd version.

The game will highlight the requirements when you select the upgrade component that goes into the item. These include the type of item (either Armor or Weapon), the tier of the item as well as the Upgrade Token needed, and the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.

The game will put an item in your inventory once you've completed the prerequisites for an upgrade. The progress bar will then update to show you how close you are to finishing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade by visiting any item upgrader NPC.
